I love my pot. I ordered the glass dispenser to go with it. The company has a very good rating with the BBB. We put our filtered tap water in it. No more plastic bottles. Easy to use for cooking. No more waiting forever for the slow water filter dispenser like when I need a pot of water to boil something. It was shipped promptly with no problems. Water stays cool enough to drink and It looks great in my kitchen too.
