We are very happy with this pump. It was easy to install and easy to use. I was surprised to see how little effort it takes to pump the water. We live aboard our sailboat and now no longer have to lug tons of small bottles back and forth. We keep a five gallon bottle on board and use the pump to fill a smaller one gallon jug that fits nicly into the icebox. I couldn't be happier.
