What can you really say about a sink strainer? I paid under $5 for this, because I needed it and didn't want to spend a lot of money. The "screw" part is plastic and the stopper is rubber - the rest is stainless steel. It works well - the water stays in the sink and when we pull it, the water drains out. :)

The BEST part about this were the instructions that came with it - especially the instructions for removal of the old sink strainer (pull up and out). Hysterical!!
