This review is from: Pro-Ject Debut III Audiophile Turntable Black (Electronics)
After months of debate, I returned to the vinyl experience with this audiophile turntable. I can say that the audio quality of this tt is great, sounds are detailed, clear and crisp compared to other tt such as technics, Denton, etc. Construction is solid with quality written all over it.

The plus of this tt is that you can upgrade it to achieve EVEN much better sound! Must upgrades are:

- platter: you can change the aluminum platter to an acrylic one, making the tt ultraquiet. Acrylic reduces vibrations giving a much better sound experience.
- speed box: this little electronic device will stabilize the speed, achieving variations of .0001 % vs the 0.8 the tt currently has. The speed box will also allow you to change the speed from 33 to 45 with the push of a button.

Overall, the Debut out of the box is great. The upgradable path that it offers gives it an edge that will satisfy any audiophile out there.
