I first got this bike for my parents, but since I was the one who assembled it, I tested it out and now workout on it regularly.

Assembly: Extremely easy. The manual was really easy to understand.

Quality: The first thing you notice when you hop on this bike is how ridiculously SMOOTH it is. I don't think any exercise bike I've been on rides this smooth. The wheel is not made of plastic like most ellipticals/bikes. It's some sort of steel/smooth metal. It is extremly fluid and quiet.

Value: This bike is really reasonably priced. The quality for the price is really a steal. I was watching this bike for a while and I actually purchased it when it was at a more expensive price, but I really didnt' want to wait and don't regret it at all.

You won't be disappointed with this purchase. Definitely recommend it.
