These are really nice sharp knives with a weighted feel. I sliced the Easter ham like it was butter with the large one and didn't bother with the usual electric knife. My wife loves the smaller ones also equally sharp and they do make kitchen chores a whole lot simpler and more pleasant. I was leary about Chinese steel but these are very good! The only drawback was to find the Mfr. doesn't recommend they be put in a dishwasher. Although we can live with it, that should be disclosed in the description before one makes the purchase.
