I was given a set of these knives as a Christmas gift and they are the most amazing knives I have ever used. I love the look of the clear case (makes it far easier to take the right knife out each time) and they are easy to hold and exceptionally sharp. Even my 14 year old daughter likes using them. Several friends who have helped with party meal preparation have decided to buy a set. These are a must-have for the serious cook.
