And, I am a senior gal with respiratory problems, so I have to go at my own pace, which is comparable to a snail most days.....

I have always had good luck with Pro-Form products and also have a Pro-Form Treadmill that I use when I just feel like doing a slow walk.

This bike is sturdy, solid and easy to get on and off, which is very important to me.

My husband put it together when it arrived and made the necessary adjustments for me. I like that I really can go at my own pace and I can sit in the living room and watch tv, stop when I need to and start again if I feel like it.

For me, this was a great investment and I would definitely recommend it!
