This LEGO set is the hardest I built so far, I started with getting my 4 years old the log cabin about two months ago and it was so much fun for me so I bought the more complicated sets for myself, with the thoughts that my young children can build them themselves later on in life. Took me 6 hours with a lot of interruptions from my youngest, but it was very entertaining and also a way to relax for me after the kids went to bed. It took concentration and patience which I normally don't have. The building is beautiful, very detailed, with a lot of new elements. My favorite is the chandelier, it looks like the real thing. And the escalators, just wow. It is not only for display, my kid plays house with it so we all can have the fun.
