I've only had the Extreme Q for a couple of days now, but I love it. It is well made, looks good and is small enough to not be combersome on my crowded desk. The Extreme Q give very clean hits with no hint of the carcinogenic smoke that I wanted to avoid. Comes with well made attachments. Over all very good product and great product for the price. I would highly recomend the Extreme Q.
